Traditional Floor Shiatsu
Literally translated, Shiatsu means finger pressure in Japanese. This ancient style of bodywork is done on a comfortable mat on the floor, with the client clothed. Kim works to stretch and stimulate meridians in the body releasing stagnant chi (energy), while using controlled pressure for deep tissue release. During your consultation, Kim will help you select the style that best suits your needs:
Amna (Barefoot Shiatsu)
Best suited for those needing deep tissue release. Techniques include pressure applied with elbows, knees and feet.

Traditional sequence focusing on deep stretching. This routine is not just for the flexible!

Soothing and profoundly relaxing, clients often fall asleep during this massage. Good for everyone, especially those healing from physical or emotional trauma.
